Lambert Lawn Care is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Shovelers to join our team. As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for manually removing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas on commercial and residential properties. Your efforts will help ensure that our clients have safe and accessible premises throughout the winter season.
Job Responsibilities
Manually remove snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other hand tools.
Apply ice melt or sand to surfaces as needed to prevent slips and falls.
Maintain a safe and efficient work pace, ensuring timely completion of snow removal tasks.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide exceptional snow removal services.
Be available for on-call shifts during inclement weather, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold and snowy conditions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous snow removal experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
