We are seeking a skilled and reliable Snow Plow & Equipment Operator to join our team at Lambert Lawn Care. As a Snow Plow & Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently removing snow and ice from commercial and residential properties, ensuring that our clients can maintain safe and accessible premises throughout the winter season.
Job Responsibilities
Operate snow plow trucks, loaders, and other snow removal equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Remove snow and ice from commercial and residential properties, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, and other designated areas.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment, ensuring that it is well-maintained and in good working order.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely and efficient snow removal services.
Assist with equipment maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Be available for on-call shifts during inclement weather, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Requirements
Previous experience operating snow plow trucks, loaders, and other snow removal equipment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and maintain a safe and efficient work pace.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
